Our story

My name is Bill Weber. I’m th co-founder of Coffee With a Millionaire and I belive anyone can become a millionaire with real estate investing. I did - here is my story.

I never went to college or earned a lot of money. After high school I painted houses in Upstate New York, buying my first rental property at age 21.  My first investments turned out to be disasters due to inexperience and lack of guidance. The winters and taxes finally drove me away from NY and, in 1997 at age 29, I moved to Holly Springs, N. C. and bought my home, where I still live today. I continued painting houses and began to buy properties again, including 12 more homes just in my neighborhood that I still own today. I expanded into flipping houses, private lending and other areas of real estate investing, this time finding great success and achieving substantial wealth in just a few years.  

 In 2003, my daughter, Eliza, was born. My decision to invest in real estate paid off in unexpected ways when she was a toddler and I became a full time single father. I did not need to work. Managing my properties and finding new investments were a part-time endeavor that allowed me to stay home to raise and home school Eliza on my own.  We bought a Winnebago to spend a few months a year traveling the country, visiting most National Parks, major cities, museums and amusement parks east of the Mississippi and a few west. We hosted foreign exchange students and enjoyed several month-long trips touring Europe. My daughter has gained a wonderful, worldly education and we have a blessed life together.  I owe all of this and more to my decision to invest in real estate.  Without the passive income, and more importantly, the flexibility of time this provided me, I never would have been able to live a life of such freedom beginning in my 30’s.  

 Eliza is 17 now.  She has decided to earn her real estate license and join me in our real estate business because she sees the lifestyle this will provide her. After being semi-retired to focus on raising her, she is now inspiring me to go back to work and build our real estate holdings. In addition, together we are founding Coffee with a Millionaire.  Our mission is simple: inspire, educate and mentor people like you; the next real estate millionaire.  Whether you aspire to have the financial freedom to leave your job and spend more time with your family, or simply want to buy some property to supplement your income and retirement, we can help you to make, manage, and grow your investments the right way. It does not matter if you are a STEM worker, professional, carpenter, waitress, or Wal-Mart employee. If you have savings, great, it is easier to begin.
