Consultations and classes canceled more than 48 hours in advance will be 100% refunded.
Consultations and classes canceled less than 48 hours will be 50% refunded.
Any consultation or class can be rescheduled anytime 48 hours in advance.
Any rescheduling less than 48 hrs in advance is subject to a 50% rescheduling fee.

We are not a referral service - while we may be able to provide referrals occasionally on a case-by-case basis, referrals will generally not be part of the advice we can give you.
For example: We can offer advice on how to find and evaluate contractors, professionals, buyers, sellers, and tenants, but we can not provide them for you or give specific referrals.
We can offer advice, from our experience, on how to solve, mitigate, or avoid problems. However, we can not fix the facts or the realities of of an existing problem. For example: We can help determine there is a foundation problem in a property you invested in, and give you experienced money saving ideas on how to solve it - although I can not make the problem go away when fixing the foundation was not in your budget.
I can advise you on a contractual dispute with a seller and negotiate with the seller to help solve it - but I can not control the outcome.
My success with real estate may not be typical. It did not come without hard work and financial management. Real estate investing takes dedication especially when you begin. While the financial rewards can be great, it is not a get rich quick scheme. Strategies such as wholesaling and house flipping can generate profits to help you make a living or generate investment capital. However in my experience, much of the financial rewards develop over time as you improve your knowledge and skill, and learn to replace beginning strategies with acquiring and adding value to appreciating long-term real estate assets.
